These are the steps to get help from the holy weizzars. First of all you should at least keep the five precepts. Not to kill, not to tell lies, not to steal, not to take intoxicating drinks or drugs, not to engage in sexual misconduct (especially adultery, having improper sexual relations). If you are a Buddhist, you should have an altar in your house. Put the altar in a room which is sacred to you and place a Buddha image on a proper altar (if you can afford one, if not on a suitable table). Offer flowers, water and candles to the Buddha. If you cannot be sure that you will be in the altar room all the time, do not use candles as they can be a fire hazard. Have an electric candle. Then in the morning take a bath, wear clean confortable clothes and say your prayers. The prayers consists of paying respects to the Buddha, the Dhamma and the Shanga, repeating your promise to keep the precepts and sending out vibrations of loving kindess (or Metta) to all living beings. Then you should pay respects to Aba Bomin Gaung, Aba Bo Bo Aung, Yetkanzintaung Sayadaw and San Shay Kodaw. Then ask them to be your teachers in your path of spiritual development. These holy weizzars can help you because they have made it their mission to help people who need help and to promote the propogation of the Buddha Sasana to all corners of the world.
To get concentration you will need to do a suitable concentration method, either ana pana or telling the beads. In Burmese, the rosary or beads is called "seitbedee". Without concentration your mind cannot become pure and without that you cannot reach the higher levels of consciousness. If you do ana pana concentration, you should make a promise to yourself to do it regularly everyday. Start from 15 minutes a day and then try to increase the lenght of time. When you sit on the floor, it is better to have a suitable cushion underneath so that the floor will not hurt you when you sit for long periods.

How to get help from Bo Bo Aung
Here is how to get his help. You do not need to become a member of any "gaing" in order to pray for his help. By getting his help we can develop ourselves spiritually. He helps those who are trying to propogate the Buddha sarsana by showing us the way. This is the procedure. First you have to pray to the Triple Gems. That is the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha. Then you have to promise that you will keep the five precepts - not to kill, not to lie, not to take intoxicating drinks, not to engage in sexual misconduct, not to steal. Then you need to make a promise to yourself that you will tell the beads for nine days. This is also called counting the rosary. Most people say "arahan" for each bead. You should use a prayer bead which has 108 beads. Do nine rounds per day for nine days. This is to strengthen your will power. When you finish nine days you have completed the first "adeikhtan". The adeikhtan is a test of your will power. After you finish the first nine days proceed and do another nine days. This is the path to concentration and spiritual development. You should keep a diary of your progress. This will give you encouragement. When you do the "arahan" counting of the beads, you must not do it just to finish the 108 beads in the quickest possible time. This is wrong. You should think of "arahan" as the virtue of the Buddha - he who is worshipped and venerated by Nats, Brahmas, and men. The visualization is most important. You should count the beads at a fixed hour either in the morning before you go to work or to school or at night before you go to bed. This is also one form of meditation. Out of the 40 methods of meditation, counting beads by saying "arahan" falls under "Buddha nokethati". "Buddha noketathi is meditation on the virtues of the Buddha.
After you have finished the counting of beads, you should pray to Bo Bo Aung to help you in your work of propogating the Buddha sarsana. You should also seek the assistance of weizzars and Nats who protect the sarsana. You should also seek the assistance of Bodaw Thagyamin who is protecting the Sasana after the Buddha entered Nivarna. If you do this regularly, small miracles will happen and your work for the good of the sarsana will gradually succeed.
If you can afford it and if the situation permits, you should make an offering to Bo Bo Aung. This offering consists of - one coconut (with a tail), two bunches of bananas (hnit phee) , pan and betel nut (kun ya), candle and incense stick. You should change the offering when the bananas become bad.
After every session of bead counting, you should share your merits with the Four Deva Kings of the North, South, East and West; Thagya Min, all Nats who protect the sarsana, all weizzars, the Nat of the house, your personal guardian nat, guardian nat of the quarter, guardian nat of the town etc. You should also share merits with your fathers, mothers, relatives, teachers of past lives. If you wish you could sound the "kye si". This is a triangular shape instrument which produces a beautiful melodious sound. This is considered to be most effective in communicating with the spiritual world.
